Careers
Roy qualified from Liverpool University in 1987. His career has focused on aesthetic dentistry & sedation techniques.
He completed postgraduate training in Conscious Sedation (2002) and then MFGDP(UK) 2006 and a Diploma in Dental Science (2008).
He is an accredited IACSD course organiser & teacher in clinical sedation with over 20 years experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
He is a member and mentor of both the Dental Sedation Teacher Group (DSTG) and SAAD. He frequently helps local colleagues by accepting sedation referrals and supporting other dental practices in the North West.
Roy is also Director of Clinical Dentistry at Portman, supporting other Portman dentists with clinical support, and Director of Mellow Sedation Training Services.
