What makes an Outstanding Business of the Year? According to the Dental Industry Awards, it’s a business that provides an example of consistent success in the dental industry – for 2 consecutive years, that’s us. We are thrilled to have been recognised as one such company making a positive impact on the industry, as we were named Outstanding Business of the Year for the second consecutive year at the 2018 Dental Awards. 

For us at Portman Dental Care, success is measured not in numbers but in smiles. We are committed to our patients and our practices. We have grown our business with firm foundations – always striving to be the best rather than the biggest; staying true to visions and values that put patients and people at the forefront. So, while Portman Dental Care has successfully grown to include over 90 practices across the UK, we have grown with integrity. This award is testament to the hard work and effort of all our colleagues, and recognises that we have grown and succeeded as a result of a shared vision and practice ethic.

In addition, with our strong focus on the patient journey it’s perhaps no surprise that we were also recognised for our customer service, and were shortlisted for Customer Service Provider of the Year. Portman Dental Care has built its reputation on putting patients’ needs first; on providing a holistic exemplary service that leaves patients feeling safe, cared for and respected.
