The choice of free treatment included in the offer is at the absolute discretion of the participating practice. Patients must undertake and complete implant treatment with their participating practice following the initial free consultation in order to receive the free treatment included in the offer. Some participating practices do require a holding deposit that will be refunded upon the patient attending the appointment. Please speak to your participating practice to see if this is applicable. This Offer is only available between 12/05/2025 and 31/08/2025. This Offer is open to new and existing patients at participating practices. The Offer is only available where the, free initial implant consultation appointment is booked and attended before 23:59 on 31/08/2025.
To receive the free whitening treatment or free hygiene appointment, patients must first undertake and complete implant treatment following the initial free consultation. Patients who do not pursue implant treatment at their participating practice following the initial free consultation will not be eligible to receive free whitening treatment or a free hygiene appointment.
Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with dental implants. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the treating clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for dental implants will be charged at an additional cost. Please note that the participating practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only.
Appointments for the dental implant consultation are subject to availability. The Offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final.
In the event that the participating practice is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, the participating practice will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that the participating practice is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund of the holding deposit will be issued to the patient if a holding deposit was taken. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The participating practice accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this Offer or receipt of the treatment. The participating practice does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore the participating practice accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from the participating practice negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. The participating practice can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion, and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Revised terms and conditions become effective upon being published on this page.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
