It's important to remember, good oral health isn't just for National Smile Month; we want to keep the momentum to continue raising awareness throughout the year by sharing and following the below guidance:

  • Brushing teeth twice a day, especially last thing at night
  • Cutting down on sugary food and drink
  • Visiting your dentist regularly, as often as they recommend
