Please read these referral terms and conditions before you participate in our referral programme.

1. The promoter of the Portman Dental referral program is Portman Dental, registered at Portman Healthcare Ltd Registered in England: 06740579. Registered Office: Rosehill, New Barn Lane, Cheltenham, GL52 3LZ (also referred to as "Portman Dental", "we", "us", "our").
2. These terms and conditions apply to any participant in our referral program.
3. To participate as a referrer in our program, you must (a) know the referral in person; (b) have the consent of the referral to pass on their details.
4. You are eligible to receive an introduction payment to the value of £10,000.00 (“Reward”) for each referral that you make that results in the successful acquisition of the referral dental practice. Payment will be made in the month following the completion of the acquisition.
5. A referral will be a “Successful Referral” where:
   • The referral is a new lead to Portman Dental, (“New Referral”); and
   • The referral approves that you referred them; and
   • There is a successful acquisition of the referrals dental practice by Portman Dental.
   • If a referral was made by more than one person, only the referral that has a direct contribution to the acquisition will be considered as a successful referral. 
6. Portman Dental will determine at its sole discretion and has final say as to whether a successful referral has been made
7. Once a successful referral has been made, we will email you to inform you that the referral has been successful.
8. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Portman Dental will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Portman Dental referral program or use of the introduction payment.
9. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or restrict the Portman Dental referral program and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
10. Participants are liable for any tax consequences of the receipt of any introduction payment, and we accept no liability to participants in relation thereto.
11. These Terms and Conditions are intended to be legally binding and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. We each agree that English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from or related to the Portman Dental referral program or these Terms and Conditions.
