Mike is our current interim CFO for UK and ROI, joining the business in November 2022 and plans to be with us until the end of August 2023, focusing primarily on our merger with Dentex. He is a chartered management accountant with over 35 years’ experience in business finance roles, having spent the last 20 years as Chief Financial Officer.
Mike’s experience is mainly in B2C organisations including retail, confectionary, travel, insurance and healthcare, he worked on the IDH/ADP merger in 2010 and led the clean team there before becoming Interim Group CFO. He has extensive private equity experience and has worked on a number of large-scale corporate transactions. He is also an experience PLC CFO, having spent four years as CFO of Thorntons PLC before leading its trade sale to Ferrero in 2015.
Outside of work Mike is a keen football fan, a huge cat lover and has been happily married since 1985.
